The chef

Chef Kafali Paul,
and the taste of home.

Chef Kafali Paul leads a kitchen that celebrates the rich culinary heritage of Uganda, traditional recipes, warm hospitality, and farm-fresh ingredients sourced from local farmers in Wakiso and Mukono.

Everything is cooked to order and served warm, from the smoky char of grilled tilapia to the gentle sweetness of steamed matoke.

At Namirembe, we believe every meal tells a story. We source from local farmers in Wakiso and Mukono, ensuring every plate carries the authentic taste of home. Chef Kafali Paul
